What temperature should I serve it at?

Chill to 8–10°C for the best balance of aromatics and freshness. Too cold and you'll mute the flavour, so don't overdo the fridge time.

How long does it keep once opened?

Drink within 2–3 days. Reseal and refrigerate, whites like Fiano lose freshness a little faster than reds once opened.

Does it need to breathe or decant?

No need to decant, just chill and pour. Fiano's aromatics are ready to enjoy straight from the bottle.

Can I age this wine, or is it best young?

Best young and fresh. This Fiano is made to showcase its bright, aromatic character now, rather than developing in the bottle over time.
