What temperature should I serve it at?

Serve slightly below room temperature, around 16–18°C. If it's been sitting in a warm kitchen, 15 minutes in the fridge will bring it back into the sweet spot.

How long does it keep once opened?

Best within 3–4 days. Reseal with the cork and pop it in the fridge. Primitivo's fruit-forward character holds up well for a few days, even if it loses a little vibrancy.

Does it need to breathe or decant?

A quick swirl in the glass is plenty to open up the aromatics. This is a wine made for easy drinking.

Can I age this wine, or is it best young?

Best young. This Primitivo is crafted to be enjoyed now, while its fruit is fresh and vibrant. It's not one to tuck away in the cellar.
